Ingredients

    1 chicken breast, skinned
    2 tbsp. medium salsa
    1 oz. shredded mozarella cheese, partially skimmed

Directions

Makes one serving.
1. Brown chicken breast in a non-stick skillet until brown on both sides.
2. Transfer chicken breast to oven pan and cook in oven for 30 mins.
3. Spoon salsa over chicken breast and top with shredded mozarella cheese and place under broiler until cheese melts and is bubbly.

Serve with a fresh green salad and enjoy.
