Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup Kashi go lean honey almond flax cereal
    1/2 cup oats
    1 container light lemon yogurt
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    2 tsp lemon zest
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    6 packets Truvia
    1/3 cup applesauce
    1 mashed banana
    1/4 cup soy milk
    1 cup blueberries

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients and blueberries together. Mash banana in a separate bowl and add all other wet ingredients. Stir wet into dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Scoop into muffin cups that have been sprayed with PAM. Cook at 400 for 20 minutes.
