    1 medium pita pocket of choice
    1Tbsp of pizza sauce of choice.
    1tsp chopped red peppers
    1tsp chopped onion
    2 fresh mushrroms liced
    1 large slice of tomato, chopped
    1oz fresh or frozen spinach
    1 oz cubed(small) lean ham
    2oz light cheese of choice
