1 cup cold milk 1 small package instant sugar free fat free pudding 1 1/2 cups thawed fat free whipped topping 16 graham cracker squares broken in half
Pour milk into medium bowl, add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in cool whip. Break squares in half. Spoon evenly onto 16 squares, place other square on top. Place in shallow pan cover with foil. Freeze 2 hours or until frozen. Store up to 2 weeks.
