IntroductionOat flakes and kiwi Oat flakes and kiwi
3 table spoons of oat flakes
1 cup of boiled water (maybe a littlebit more or less)
1 kiwi fruit
1 splash of fresh orange juice
Add boiled water and let it soak for a while
Peel a kiwi fruit and chop it into small pieces
Stir it in the oat flakes
Add a splash of fresh orange juice
and your healthy breakfast is ready. It will fill you and last until lunch easily! The big advantage of eating oat flakes, is that it even takes your sweet cravings in the afternoon!
P.S.: Oat flakes with dried cranberries are yummy too!
