Reynolds perfect chocolate chip cookies

Introduction

These are amazingly delicious and guilt-free with only about 50 calories and less than 3 g. of fat per cookies! These are amazingly delicious and guilt-free with only about 50 calories and less than 3 g. of fat per cookies!

Ingredients

    1 C butter
    1 C granulated sugar (I was out of brown sugar, so this recipe nutrition info is for 2 C granulated and no brown sugar)
    1 C brown sugar
    2 eggs (I used the cage free omega 3 eggs)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 C oats (I used quick, can be whole or blended depending on desired texture)
    2 C flour (I always use whole wheat)
    2 C chocolate chips (we just had 5 Tbs. left in the bag, so if you use 2 C, which is much yummier, then change the nutrition info to reflect the extra chocolate)
    Opt. 1 C toffee bits (soooo good, but not calculated in the info here)

Directions

Mix all wet ingredients until smooth (softening butter helps immensely). Add in the dry ingredients, stirring often. Drop on cookie sheet (I spray with nonstick cooking spray). I make small cookies (80 out of this batch) but if you prefer bigger cookies, you can adjust the servings accordingly. Don't overbake these!! In my oven, 8 minutes at 350 is plenty! Enjoy!
