Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 lbs (3 large fillets)
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 c breadcrumbs
    1/2 bran flakes crushed
    dash paprika
    salt & pepper
    1/2 c milk
    oil & margrine for fry

Directions

Wash and dry fish. Heat fry. Coat fish with milk then coat in batter. Fry 4 min on each side. We smother it in lime. Makes 6-7 servings.
