Apricot Slice

Introduction

A delicious nibble for sharing with a crowd. A delicious nibble for sharing with a crowd.
Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 Packet of Malt Biscuits, crushed
    200 - 250 grams dried apricots, chopped
    125 grams slivered almonds
    125 grams of melted butter
    200 grams, 1/2 tin, of 99% fat free condensed milk.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix condensed milk with melted butter.
Add to the dry ingredients.
When combined press into 28cm x 18 cm or 23cm square tray.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Makes 25 small squares.

Can be iced with melted milk or white chocolate and copha but that will add to calories.
