Introduction

I shared this recipe with the I Love To Cook Team and had quite a positive response so i thought I would share it with you all. It is so simple to make and is both nutritios and delicious. Bon Appetite!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 x Tuna Steak
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    50g cooked spaghetti
    70g mixed peppers

Directions

Heat oil in a saucepan and add tuna and peppers. Cook until tuna is tender and flake. Your peppers should still be crisp but cooked as well at this stage. Simply add the cooked spaghetti and mix the tuna and peppers through it and serve.
