Simple Broccoli Balsamic Saute'

Introduction

This recipe is simple and delicious. I used frozen chopped broccoli, but fresh broccoli can be used as well. Brussels sprouts also do well as a replacement for broccoli. Add more or less balsamic vinegar to taste. This recipe is simple and delicious. I used frozen chopped broccoli, but fresh broccoli can be used as well. Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

Add 1 tsp olive oil to non-stick pan and swirl it around to cover bottom. Heat pan over med-high heat. Add broccoli and saute until begin to turn golden brown. Add 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and saute for another 15 seconds. Serve warm. Makes two, 1/2-cup servings.
