Ingredients

    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Garlic, 4 clove
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Hunt's Ketchup, 8 tbsp
    * Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    * Banana Peppers, 1 medium (4-1/2" long)
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
    * *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can, 3 serving
    * *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Saute Veggies. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer 10 minutes. Add beans, simmer 5 minutes. Serve on bread.
