Quorn chicken medley

Introduction

a spicy medley of ingredients for those vegetarians who dont want another boring meal! a spicy medley of ingredients for those vegetarians who dont want another boring meal!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    quorn chicken pieces
    a can of tinned tomato
    one small onion diced
    kidney beans
    peas ( u can add any vetables i like to add sweetcorn or mushrooms)
    curry powder,
    white pepper,
    stock cube crumbled in,
    paprika,
    cayenne pepper
    chilli powder
    curry paste

Directions

fry the quorn in the curry paste and a little bit of spray oil for 6 minutes. then add the onions and continue to fry until the onions are soft. add the tomatos, kidney beans and peas and stir, leave to cook for a further 5 minutes. add in all the spices and leave to simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. serve with rice or on its own. serves around 4 people
