Peanut Butter Split Smoothie

Introduction

This recipe is from Ellie Krieger's Cookbook, The Food You Crave. I love her recipes and I always watched her on Food Network and I finally got her book. This is one of my favorite recipes.

This is a very filling and delicious smoothie! I love to have one after hard workouts.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 banana frozen, cut in quarters
    1/2 c. non fat milk
1/4 c. non fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 tbs of natural creamy peanut butter

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
2. Serve and enjoy!

This is for 1 serving, but if you use a small cup (or fill 1 cup up to 3/4) you can definitely get 2 servings for less calories.

I like adding wheat germ to mine for a little extra fiber.
