Sausage Cheese & Egg Biscuit

Introduction

Wanted to have something pre-made for my early morning rush. Wanted to have something pre-made for my early morning rush.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Pillsbury Grands Reduced fat biscuits
    4 Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausages
    1 c egg beaters, original
    1/2 c shredded reduced fat cheese
    4 tsp mayo
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Bake biscuits according to directions. Split in half.

Fry sausages with non stick cooking spray, according to directions.

Cook 1/4 egg seperately either with circular cookie cutters or very small pan (I have a small pan, takes longer since I have to do each one at a time, though.).

Add mayo to biscuits, then add sausage and egg and top with 2 tablespoons of cheese. Top with top of biscuit and your done.

I freeze mine and put 1 in fridge the night before to reheat in microwave the next morning for about 1 minute.
