Introduction

This is an old WW recipe. It can be a little bland since you use a lot of no salt added ingredients so season it to taste. Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef (Laura's Lean 8% fat)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    2 tsp minced garlic
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni (4 oz uncooked), cooked without salt or fat
    1/2 water
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 black pepper

1 8 oz can tomato sauce, no salt added
1 6 oz can tomato paste, no salt added
