Spicy Beef Roast

Submitted by: TIGER411

Introduction

I can't remember where I got the original recipe, but I've updated it a little and it's definitely my favorite beef crockpot recipe. You can eat it like pot roast, or mix in some egg noodles. 1 tbl black pepper

Directions

*If eating as pot roast, it will serve at least 8*
Rub the black pepper and garlic onto the beef and put it in the crockpot. Cut some slits into the meat. Mix all the other ingredients and pour over the roast. Cook all day. If you want to make beef and noodles, you can tear up the meat and use everything in the crockpot and mix with pasta.

  • This was quite good. Meat was tender and flavorful. Super simple recipe and offered a different taste for the normal crockpot roast. The balsamic vinegar gave it a nice tang. I will definitely make this again. - 7/14/09
