Introduction

This is an easy quick dinner that the kids love. It tastes even better as leftover's.

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground beef, lean
    1/2 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    1 can (drained) Beans, red kidney
    1 can (drained) Beans, black
    1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    1 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 cup Kraft Free Catalina Salad Dressing
    1 can (drained) Yellow Sweet Corn
    11/2 cup Romaine Lettuce shredded
    1/4 bag Tortilla Chips, crushed

Directions

Brown beef in skillet, season with salt, pepper, cumin and chipotle seasoning.
Drain fat off beef.
Mix all ingrediants in a large bowl. It's easiest to mix a few at a time, instead of all at once.
Serves 8-10 with some leftovers.
