Introduction

I used a SP recipe, and added celery and onion. Left out mayo and added the sour cream. Even though this is a 4 serving recipe, I eat 2 servings if it fits into my daily calorie count I used a SP recipe, and added celery and onion. Left out mayo and added the sour cream. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2- 6 oz cans Chicken of the sea White Crab
    1 Large egg
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    3 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
    1/2 tsp Herbamare, herb seasoning salt


Directions

Makes 4 large servings.
Mix the egg, sour cream, mustard and seasonings together. stir in the crab meat, celery and onion. Heat the olive oil in a heavy skillet (I use cast iron).
fry on one side until slightly brown (5 minutes). Turn and fry on the other side.
