Introduction

My own meatloaf recipe. My own meatloaf recipe.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 lb sausage
    3 eggs
    1.5 cups oats
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1 medium onion, shredded
    1 celery stalk, shredded
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp horseradish
    1 tsp parsley flakes
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased pan and form into loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until no longer pink in the middle. Cover with foil after it's browned.
