Reduced Calorie Congo Bars

Ingredients

    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1.5 C Brown Sugar
    1 C Unsweetened Flaked Coconut
    .75 C I Can't Believe It's Not Butter-Light, melted
    1 C Walnuts
    .75 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips
    .25 C White Chocolate Chips
    1.5 C Whole Wheat Flour
    .5 C (or 2 eggs equivalent) Egg Beaters

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and set aside. In separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Blend in flour mixture then fold in chips, nuts, and coconut. Mix until barely blended, then bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until just springy.
