Introduction

Quick & easy. Kinda bland but not bad & high in fiber. Would be good w/ chicken breasts chunks added to it as well. Quick & easy. Kinda bland but not bad & high in fiber. Would be good w/ chicken breasts chunks added to it as well.

Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked pearled barley
    1 can 15.5 oz Butter Beans
    .75 cup frozen corn
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Onion Soup
    .25 cup skim milk
    salt & pepper
    Poultry seasoning mix
    scallions

Directions

cook barley as package says
dump soup in a pan & thin out w/ skim milk .25 cup (appx. ?)
to the pan add frozen corn, 1.75 cups cooked barley, can of beans
season w/ salt & pepper & poultry seasoning
top w/ chopped scallions
