Ingredients

2 lbs. stewing beef
2 medium onions chopped
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt(or to taste)
.5 tsp pepper
2 cups of tomato sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes.
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and mix. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on low for 4-5 hours. *The original recipe asked for the beef to be tossed in flour before adding it to the pot, also 2 tsp of beef oxo, and browning 1/2 tsp.
