Baked Focaccia Sandwich

Introduction

I put extra cheese (10 slices instead of original 5 slices of cheese) on this sandwhich. You could save some calories by on putting 5 slices on it. VERY good meal for an "on-the-go" night! Serve with mini carrots/Fat Free Ranch dressing and Baked Lays Potato Chips for a complete meal. I put extra cheese (10 slices instead of original 5 slices of cheese) on this sandwhich. Ingredients

    1 large bakery loaf of focaccia bread
    9 oz of 98% Fat-free shaved turkey
    10 slices of 2% cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp Fat-free mayo
    4 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Slice bread in half horizontally. Spread mayo and mustard inside both cut sides. Layer turkey and cheese over bottom half (I acutally put 5 slices on top half and 5 slices on bottom half). Top with remaining bread half. Wrap in foil and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes tomelt cheese. Cut loaf into 6 wedge servings -- each about 4x3x2". Serve with carrots/dip and chips.
