Fiesta Pasta

Introduction

Yummy and simple week night meal! Yummy and simple week night meal!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    4 cups egg noodles
    1 can Campbells Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
    1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Goya Black Beans
    1 can sweet corn
    2 cans Rotel w/Lime & Cilantro
    1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    1 packet Sazon Goya w/Cilantro & Tomato
    1 1/2 tsp Cholula Chili Roast Garlic seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oven to 350. In a large stockpot, bring 6 cups salted water to boil, add egg noodles, cook about 7-10 min or until just done, drain and return noodles to pot. At the same time add ground beef, salt, pepper, Sazon Goya packet, and Cholula seasoning to a large skillit, mix well and cook until beef is browned, drain. Add 2 cans Rotel with juice to beef mixture, fill half of the can with water and add that to beef mixture as well. Next add the Old El Paso Taco seasoning to beef mixture and bring to a boil. Boil for about 4 minutes. Add beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, fiesta nacho soup, corn, black beans, and shredded cheese to egg noodles, mix well. Bake in oven until warmed through, about 15-20 min. Serves 10-12
