Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Introduction

Very healthy because of the inclusions of several nutritious powdered supplements. This recipe does not strive to be delicious, but rather nutritious. I have entered it because I have it often and enter it into my daily food diary on SparkPeople.com. I have not entered it as one of the ingredients, but a half tsp of powdered Stevia sweetener (at Trader Joe's if you can't find it) will sweeten this up. Ingredients

    Tree Top 100% Apple Juice, 1 cup
    Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein Powder, 2 tbsp
    Jarrow Yaeyama Chlorella, 0.5 tsp
    Nutiva Organic Hemp Oil, 3 tsp
    Banana, fresh or frozen 1 medium
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 3 berry
    Blackberries, frozen unsweetened 1/3rd cup
    1 tablspoon MSM powder
    1 tablespoon bee pollen
    .5 tsp powdered Stevia sweetener

Directions

In a high powered blender, start with apple juice, then fruit, then balance of ingredients. Blend until smooth.
