Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 cup grated carrots
1 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick mix
1/2 cup Oat bran
1/4 cup Flax seed meal
2 cups water
Mazola Olive oil spray
Directions
1. Wash, peel and grate carrots
2. In a mixing bowl, add Bisquick mix, oat bran, and flax seed meal,
3. Add water and stir well
4. Heat a skillet, spray with some olive oil (Mazola spray) and spoon in the batter
5. Makes 9 light and fluffy pancakes
Note: Serve with you favorite syrup or honey
