Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries, washed
1 small banana
1 cup low fat yogurt
1 1/2 cups ice cubes or crushed ice
Directions
1. Place blueberries, banana, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender
2. Blend until smooth (about 5 minutes)
3. Spoon into tall glasses & enjoy!
