IntroductionGreat for sandwiches too! Great for sandwiches too!
1 cup taro root, sliced
1/4 tsp salt (actually, salt to taste) or your favorite herb shaker
1 Tbsp oil (canola or olive)
2. Cover and cook for a few minutes
3. Add salt (a dash or suiting your taste)
4. Stir a couple of times until all water evaporates
5. Optional -- Sprinkle your favorite herbs and enjoy!
