White Rice, glutinous, 1 cup uncooked
Chicken Broth, 1 cup
Water 3 cups
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp
Olive Oil, enough to fry
salt and pepper
Place one quarter rice in plastic wrap, top qith one tbsp cheese and forma a ball.
Fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil in rack.
Serve warm. Four servings.
