Introduction

Easy no fuss. My measurements are estimates. You can substitute bread crumbs or rice for the oatmeal. Use egg whites if you like. I only use extra lean ground beef so those values are not accurate. This is more a guideline for myself. But anyone else is welcome to try it. Easy no fuss. My measurements are estimates. You can substitute bread crumbs or rice for the oatmeal. Ingredients

    500 grams (1 lb) Ground beef, extra lean
    1 med Onions, chopped
    4 med Mushrooms chopped
    2 Eggs
    1 cube Beef bouillon crushed
    3 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
    2 tblsp dried Italian herbs

Directions

Just toss everthing in a bowl mix throughly with hands. Shape into a loaf . Place in greased loaf pan, add a little water, then cover and bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.
