Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

    1 14 oz can of pink salmon
    2 egg whites, beaten
    2 cups dry Stove Top Stuffing mix
    1/2 cup Kraft Lite Mayo
    3 teaspoons lemon pepper
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix egg whites, stuffing mix, mayo, lemon pepper, and salmon together. Make 12 1/4 cup patties and place on baking sheet. Broil for 4-5 minutes, flip, and broil for another 4-5 minutes
