Yummy Guacamole

Introduction

I like to make this nice and chunky. Lime juice instead of lemon is my personal preference. I like to make this nice and chunky. Lime juice instead of lemon is my personal preference.

Ingredients

    2 avocados
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 ripe tomato, with pulp and seeds removed, chopped
    1 lime, juiced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Peel the avocados and mash in a bowl. Add the chopped onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, pepper and salt to taste. Mix well, then refrigerate for an hour or so for the flavors to blend.

Enjoy with whole wheat pita chips.
