Introduction

Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
    1Tbs soy sauce
    1Tbs water
    1/4tsp garlic powder
    1tsp cornstarch
    2pgks chicken flav. ramen noodles
    1/2C water
    1md onion sliced
    1/2 md head of cabbage shredded
    3 large celery stalks diagonally sliced
    1C fresh mushrooms
    1can sliced water chestnuts

Directions

cut chicken into thin strips. mix soy sauce, water garlic powder, oil, and cornstarch. marinate meat in the mixture. boil ramen noodles. drain and set aside when fully cooked. heat wok or frying pan to very hot. add water. add meat and stir fry until meat loses color, about 2 mins. add onions and stir fry for 1 min. add remaining vegetables and fry about 4 mins until cabbage begins to look clear. add noodles, stir, add flavor packets from ramen noodles toss and serve

  • I liked it! My family liked it too! Next time we're going to try adding some pineapple. Also, we used baby corn instead of cabbage and celery cause we prefer those veggies! - 2/7/11
