Ingredients

    1/2 cup Flour(1/2 taza de harina d etrigo)
    1/2 cup Cornmeal(1/2 taza de harina de maiz)
    1 tbsp Sugar(1 cucharada azucar)
    2 tsp Baking Powder(2 cucharaditas polvo hornear)
    1/4 cup egg sustitute(1/4 taza sustituto de huevo)
    1/2 cup Evaporated Milk(1/2 taza leche evaporada)
    1/2 tsp salt(1/2 cucharadita sal)
    2 tbsp Olive Oil(2 cucharadas aceite de oliva)

Directions

1) Preheat oven at 400 degrees.(Precaliente el horno a 400 grados)
2) In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking Powder and salt.(En un recipiente, mezcle la harina de trigo, la harina de maiz, la azucar, el polvo de hornear y la sal.
3) Add egg, milk and oil.(agregue el huevo, la leche y el aceite)
4) Stir until moisten.(mueva hasta que humedezca toda la mezcla)
5)Fill 3/4 of muffin cup coated with nonstick spray.(vierta en los moldecitos pre-engrasados hasta 3/4 llenos.)
6) Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of muffin comes clean.(Hornee a 400 grados por 10-12 minutos o hasta que al poner un palillo de dientes en el centro del panecito salga limpio.
7)Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 16 muffin.(Enfrie por 5 minutos antesa de remover del molde) Salen 16 panecitos .
