Ingredients

    96/4 extra lean ground beef, 4 serving (remove)
    Beans, black, 425 grams (remove)
    del monte diced no salt added tomatoes, 1 serving (remove)
    no salt added corn, 1 serving (remove)
    Taco Shells, 4.6 oz (remove)
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 12 tsp (remove)
    stir n's, 3 serving (remove)

Directions

preheat oven to 350 degrees

cook beef, garlic, and onion until beef is browned then add taco seasoning and all other ingredients other then cheese and taco shells.

Crack taco shells in half and layer bottom of small casserole dish with half then top with half of mixture layer remaining taco shells and half of cheese, add remainder of mixture and top with cheese. cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

(top with fat free greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a healthy boost (not included in calorie count) Opt)
