Meal Replacement Protein Smoothie

Introduction

This was a very satisfying treat and very healthy. This was a very satisfying treat and very healthy.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup of fat free milk (vitamin a & d)
    1/2 of a large banana
    1 cup of the frozen strawberries (about 7 med-lg pieces)
    1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
    1 scoop of the protein mix

Directions

Combine the the ingredients into a blender.

Blend for about a minute on low speed, when the strawberries are no longer chunky. Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy. :-)
This makes only 1 serving.

  • I make a variant of this using 8oz SoyMilk & around 75g of both Banana & Frozen Blueberries (& the protein powder). Just a tad lower in fat. - 6/9/10
