potato chowder

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 big white potatoes
    3-4 small red potatoes
    half an onion- chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped.
    1 BIG carrot, chopped up
    1tbsp salt
    1 tbsp pepper
    2-3 cloves garlic
    1 regular can of creamed corn
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 non-teeny can of evaporated milk
    6 tbsp bacon bits-- 1 tbsp per serving for garnish.

Directions

add everything but milk into crock pot and turn it on low if youve got 5+ hours to wait. turn it on high if you have 2+ hours to wait. during the last hour or so, add in the evaporated milk. serve with a tablespoon of bacon bits on top, and maybe even some cheddar cheese. i guessed about 6 servings.
