Paprika Chicken

Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup
    Paprika, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Spray a large nonstick fry pan with cooking spray and brown chicken at med-high. Brown all sides. Chop onion finely and add to pan as you cut. Add garlic and saute about 1 minute. Add broth and spices to browned chicken and stir. Bring to a boil and COVER. Reduce heat to med-low for a high simmer. Set timer for 45 minutes. Baste occasionally if you can. (The liquids end up boiling into the chicken. It does not make a sauce- It just makes the chicken itself saucy.) After time rings UNCOVER chicken. If there are liquids remaining baste chicken at a higher heat until liquid is gone and chicken is an orange color. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
