Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded
    1 plum tomato
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Beans, black, 0.5 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 0.5 cup
    Lemon Juice, 0.5 fl oz - 1 tbsp
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Take all the ingredients and mix well
Make sure to drain and wash black beans
