Saucy Steak Parmesan

Introduction

This is a very tasty main dish, however, it is high in sodium (kinda took me by surprise when I input the ingredients). This is a very tasty main dish, however, it is high in sodium (kinda took me by surprise when I input the ingredients).
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 egg, beaten
    1 tbsp. water
    4 cubed steaks
    1 cup herb seasoning stuffing mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
    1/3 cup milk (i use skim)

Directions

Combine egg and water; dip steaks in egg mixture and coat with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Combine soup, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and milk. Pour over steaks and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes.
