Cream of Mushroom Pork

Introduction

That good old comfort food can still be healthy!
I season mine with garlic, curry powder, salt & pepper

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 Oz. Pork tenderloin
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 tbsp light cream cheese
    1/4 cup low fat sour cream
    seasonings

Directions

Saute pork in non-stick pan until brown. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Simmer 20-30 minutes.

I serve this with brown rice...not included in calorie count.

  • This was a great dish. It would have been better if I'd marinated my chops before hand. I prepared it with mashed potatoes. I also added a tablespoon of skim milk to make it a little creamier. It was very creamy, and it made plenty of "gravy" for my potatoes. - 3/16/09
