Ingredients

    10 spring roll skins
    1 medium carrot (70g)
    1 cup bean sprouts
    100g fresh green cabbage
    1/4 cup red pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium green onion
    1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Directions

1. Julienne the carrot. Fry with 1/2 tbsp sesame oil while you prepare the remaining ingredients.

2. Chop the remaining vegetables into thin spears about 2
