Lowfat Fruit Smoothie

Submitted by: BARBARALFJ

Introduction

This is a very easy smoothie to make, low-calorie, and most of the time I have the ingredients on hand. I freeze extra bananas to use in this if needed. Other fruit may be substituted for strawberries. This is a very easy smoothie to make, low-calorie, and most of the time I have the ingredients on hand.
