Ingredients

    6 boneless pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    1-2 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 C mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped

Directions

1. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper
2. cook on grill on in a skillet until done
3. Heat olive oil in pan; saute mushrooms and onions until tender
4. spoon mushrooms over chops

  • this was great! i just caution against too much salt on the pork chops, i made that mistake!. we even grilled the mushrooms in a grill pan and they turned out really yummy. - 8/14/09
