Flour 8 cups
Potatoes 8 large (shredded)
water 1 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Make a softball size dumpling and put into boiling water. Boil for roughly 60 minutes. They will float when done.
Variation (non-vegan)... Place a cube of ham or summer sausage in the middle to add flavor and boil with polish sausage ring or kielbasa.
