1/3 c popcorn seeds
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 tsp sugar
heat until seeds start to pop, then stir.
cover with a lid and let sit on low heat until there is 1 second between pops.
remove from heat and enjoy!
makes 5 - 2 cup servings
