2 oz of whole wheat penne
2 oz deli ham sliced into strips
1 cup broccoli stir fry vegetables w/ carrots and cauliflower
2 tab philadelpia cream cheese with chives and onion
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash original
While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet add ham, stir fry vegetables and Mrs. Dash. Cook until hot. Add the cream cheese and cooked penne, mix well.
