Introduction

This tastes a lot like salmon patties (cakes). It's a tasty way to get more of those fish in our diet! This tastes a lot like salmon patties (cakes). It's a tasty way to get more of those fish in our diet!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    4 cans Tuna
    1 large Egg
    1 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs
    4 tbsp Light Mayo
    1 oz Lime Juice
    1 tbsp dry Parsley
    1 tsp Salt
    dash Pepper
    1 tsp Thyme
    1 tbsp Horseradish
    3 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except olive oil. Divide into six equal portions. Make each portion into a patty. Fry in Olive Oil until brown and cooked through. Serve with tartar sauce, or whatever you like with fish.
