Introduction

Used mostly for Potatoes Aioli as a tapas dish. Basically, homemade mayo with a little garlic kick. Used mostly for Potatoes Aioli as a tapas dish. Basically, homemade mayo with a little garlic kick.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
    2 cloves of garlic, pressed or minced
    salt and pepper
    5 Tbsp Spanish Olive Oil
    5 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. While whisking, slowly drizzle in olive oil and vegetable oil until a thick mayonnaise consistency. Serve as a dip or toss over boiled potatoes for Potatoes Aioli. Also really nice as a sandwich spread for much less calories. (1 serving is 1Tbsp.)
