Creamy Honey Walnut SpreadSubmitted by: BILA75
1 Cup Yogurt, plain, non-fat or skim
1/3 cup shelled walnuts
2 teaspoons honey
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spread the walnuts onto a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to let them burn. When they have cooled chop them very finely.
Spoon thickened yogurt into a small dish, and discard the drained liquid. Stir in walnuts and honey and serve.
Serves 4 (~1/4 cup serving size each)
